​You’re stronger than anyone who never has

We make it seem like a broken heart isn’t supposed to completely destroy us.. But how would that be possible? How do you fall in love with someone and then melt it all away without getting burned.. You’re telling me I’m supposed to let love walk away from me and not give chase? Even knowing that perhaps the “right” thing to do is to let go and move on with my life and find love else where or even in myself.. Let’s face it, when it comes down to it when you truly fall in love, letting go is simply your last  resort.. If you think otherwise, well then.. You’re out of your mind.. Call me weak or what ever you want.. But if I know one thing it’s this, enduring heartbreak without letting it kill you is strength that a person should never have to know, but when it comes down to it you’ll put yourself through the most of the pain fighting for who you love, and that’s nothing to be ashamed of.. If you’ve survived it be proud, don’t let anyone tell you that you should of let go sooner, survival instincts would never make you let go when it was already too late.. Just know that if you gave it everything you had while things were good, the same as when things fell apart, if and when the time does come to walk away.. You can do so with your head held high.. But the bottom line is, heart break  sucks and there’s no way to make it hurt any less for anyone, so if you ever had your heart broken, you’re not weak, you’re stronger than anyone who never has..
